In this unique workshop, health coach Neelam Daswani of Pure Health kicks off by sharing ways to optimize our health through physical practices such as better sleep, mindful eating and nutrition, and exercise – working smarter, not harder.
Then, using oracle cards and channeling, Good Peoples' Christina Ko uses intuitive techniques to support participants in understanding what our bodies want us to know right now. Through breathwork, journaling and introspection, we will further release limiting beliefs that are preventing us from reaching optimal physical health.
